Our goal in building this Sustainable model is to show the homebuyer that they have a choice in the way their future home is built and that a Sustainable Home can have the appearance and amenities of any other custom home. We are aware of only a handful of other builders in the entire country who can match the list of sustainable features that we offer.

This home was verified, during the construction process by a number of organizations including Build Green San Antonio on the local level and the new National Association of Home Builders Green program on the national level. The home has been certified Gold which, at this time, is their highest rating.

The most important fact about this home is that we were able to add all of these Sustainable features in at a cost increase of only 12.5 percent or comparable to the cost of a custom pool and spa.

It is our belief that when the home buying public is given a choice a Sustainable home can and should be in their future.
